We celebrated Olivia’s 23rd birthday yesterday.  Her real birthday is tomorrow but she, Olya, and, Frank are going camping for the weekend! They won’t be too far from Matt’s hous

e so I think he will visit them over the weekend.  Renee had to work tonight so last night worked for everyone!  In the morning she saw the birthday poster and she loved it!  I asked a few friends and relative children to draw a picture of Olivia!  I just LOVE kids’ drawings!! They were so cute! Olivia guessed Kaylee’s and Bella’s drawings right away. I had to give her hints but she did get each one correct with the hints!

We ordered take-out from Olivia’s favorite restaurant.  Renee and Adam came and Renee wanted to eat outside because she had gone to a wedding the day before and she said that only she and Adam wore masks. It was an outdoor wedding so I think it was fine.  She said that she doesn’t want to be responsible for giving any of us Coronavirus.  So we ate outside and chatted and laughed.   Olivia loved all of her gifts. She is wearing the shirt and shorts gifts she got today!! I always include the receipt because I just never know if they will like what I got for them.  She opened the birthday card that had a wind up butterfly inside.  The look on her face was priceless!!!

I chatted online in a zoom meeting with some of my bereaved mom friends.  They are all such wonderful and supportive women. I love spending time in person or online with them!

My PD has been so active lately!  I wish it would just chill out!! I am having internal tremors, I had never heard about them until I posted my physical feelings/sensations and several PD people told me about them.   I am glad to get the information and I have been reading about them online. It’s a crazy weird sensation when you feel your body tremor inside but there is no physical manifestation on the outside. I thought that I might have had Covid 19 because it feels like something is coursing through my body but after reading about internal tremors, I am certain they are what I have!

Today I had an appointment with a neuro-ophthalmologist. ( A neuro-ophthalmologist is a physician specializing in diseases affecting vision that originate from the nervous system). My neurologist wanted me to see him because my right eye closes all of the time and my neuro didn’t think it was PD related.  This doctor told me that it was totally related to my PD and it was also related to my MD. I have macular degeneration and I see a retina specialist.  So at least I don’t have anything “new” wrong with me!!!! I really liked this doc. He is good friends with my neurologist.  We were talking about how patient and calm my neuro is. This doc said to me, “well, of course he’s patient and calm, his kids are all out of the house!!” LOL I have to go back to see him in a few weeks, he might prescribe glasses for me with a prism in them for when I am reading or on the computer
